A bit about me <\/strong>- I live with my long-suffering husband and a passel of cats - some gorgeous Tonkinese, a handsome Maine Coon and a striking tabby moggy. About the Clothing and Tote Bags - <\/strong>All items are made from natural materials, and from sustainable sources - most importantly to me they are free from animal derived products. T-shirts are made from 155gsm weight fabric. Cotton jumpers, hoodies etc. are made from 300gsm weight fabric. They are made from GOTS certified organic cotton and OKEO-TEX standard fabrics. The packaging is plastic-free.<\/p>

About the printing company<\/strong> - All items are supplied, printed and posted by TeeMill, based in the Isle of Wight, their premises are powered by renewable energy. All items are shipped in plastic free packaging. Are the Products Vegan? \u00a0- <\/strong>Yes, the products, packaging and print contain no animal derived products and are not tested on animals.<\/p>

How long will it be until I get my order?<\/strong> - Your item will be printed the same working day that you order it. At the checkout you can choose your delivery service, e.g. Standard delivery UK usually takes 4 to 6 days, UK 1st class is usually 2 - 4 days; overseas delivery depends on the carriers shipping times.<\/p>

Will everything I order arrive together? - <\/strong>Usually yes but, in some rare cases, we may have to split the order. \u00a0If your order has been shipped in multiple packages with a tracked service, we\u2019ll send you all of the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. <\/p>

I\u2019m buying a gift for someone, are the receipts with prices on inside the bag?<\/strong> - No, all of the confirmation and dispatch information is sent by email to the purchaser. This means the recipient won't know of any pricing or purchaser information. \u00a0You can use the checkout form to have the order dispatched directly to the recipient's address. All of the information needed to return any items if needed is on the packaging.<\/p>

Do the clothing sizes come up big or small? - <\/strong>The items are regular fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order. All of the products are modeled on standard UK high street sizes and fit true to size. You can find size guides on each of our product pages to help you with your decision. We operate a free exchange policy (free returns address on UK orders) should you need to swap your item for another size.<\/p>

Can I cancel or amend my order?<\/strong> - Yes, if you haven\u2019t completed payment for your order.\u00a0 After you have submitted an order you can only make changes if it hasn\u2019t been processed. What Countries are your items shipped to? - <\/strong>Orders can be delivered to over 80 countries worldwide. The only limit is the availability of services provided by the payment and courier partners in a country. What items can I choose in the Design It Yourself section? -<\/strong> All of the items that I currently have in my store plus many more. You will see the full range when you go to the Custom Studio from the DIY page, just click on Product and they will all be displayed for you to choose from.<\/p>

Can I use my own photos or artwork in the DIY section?<\/strong> - Yes, you will be given the facility to upload your picture. Ideally it should be a minimum of 200 pixels per inch but not more than 300 ppi.<\/p>
